Jayme Zold earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California in 2003. With over 20 years of experience in residential, commercial and municipal property development and improvement, Jayme demonstrates a vast knowledge of project management and administration.
Her skill set includes master plans, feasibility studies, remodels, plats, and programming through construction administration. Additionally, Jayme has a comprehensive understanding of zoning ordinances, code issues, the government approval process and the navigation of complex land-use approvals.
Jayme currently resides in the Stanwood area with her husband, two teenage children, two dogs and two cats. Her hobbies are painting, hiking and gardening.
