Marketing and Administrative Coordinator

Katie graduated from Western Washington University with a BA degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. After a 14-year professional hiatus to spend time with her two daughters, Katie was thrilled to re-enter the workforce and join a firm as collaborative and supportive as Designs Northwest Architects.

Initially hired as the receptionist, she began assisting in the creation of marketing materials, generating social media content, and providing administrative support to the entire team. Her attention to detail, strong organization skills and focused professionalism have helped guide Designs Northwest Architects’ marketing goals.

Katie and her husband are raising their family in the same house on Utsalady beach that her grandparents built the year Katie was born. She loves designing, creating and tending to her garden, beach combing with her golden retriever, and swimming in the bay with her family.
